Simon Fowler is a seasoned professional in the veterinary and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Director and Co-Founder of The Colour Code, New Zealand's first partner of Insights Discovery, since January 2020. In addition, Simon has been a Consultant at Insights since May 2019, focusing on enhancing team communication and self-awareness. Prior experience includes founding Evolve Management Consultancy, specializing in practice management for the veterinary industry, and holding various roles at Zoetis Inc. and Pfizer, managing teams and implementing business solutions. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from the University of Aberdeen and is pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning Design from Otago Polytechnic.
