Steve Lloyd has extensive experience in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as Director, Coach, and Leadership Development Facilitator at The Networked Learning Partnership Ltd since April 2005. Lloyd utilizes the Insights Discovery Profiling tool to provide services such as team profiling and personal coaching, working on notable projects including leadership development for the UN World Food Programme in Senegal and strategic interventions in Rhondda Cynon Taf Secondary schools. Additionally, Lloyd acts as a Senior Associate at The Colour Works and a Licensed Practitioner at Insights, while also holding the position of Leadership Development Director at the International Space School Educational Trust. Previous roles include being a registered GrowthAccelerator Coach, facilitating leadership development with Cornwall County Council and Plymouth City Council, and supporting leadership programs at UWIC. Lloyd holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Hull and a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of London.
