Tanja Cameron is an experienced facilitator, coach, and trainer with a diverse background in sales and communication. Currently serving as an Accredited Facilitator for Crucial Conversations, Accountability, Influence, and The Power of Habit at The Human Edge since January 2014, Tanja also holds the title of Insights Discovery® Licensed Practitioner with Insights since November 2019. A dedicated professional coach, Tanja operates Cameron Coaching, providing support to individuals, teams, and organizations. Previous roles include Sales Project Manager at Safrimed, contracted to Eli Lilly, and National Sales Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, where Tanja achieved multiple accolades, including Top Performing District Sales Manager for 2012 and DSM of the Year in 2011. Tanja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with a focus on Clinical Nutrition Services and Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
