Donna Bell

Donna Bell, CEP, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute at Santa Clara University since September 2022. Donna has been with insightsoftware as the Senior Vice President of Equity Management Services since January 2021, following the company's acquisition of Certent, where Donna also held the position of Senior Vice President of Equity Management Services since April 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Vice President and New Business Consultant for Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2009 to April 2014, focusing on onboarding services for equity compensation plan clients, and as a Relationship Manager for Equity Plan Services, managing significant global corporate relationships from January 2002 to July 2007. Donna's career at Merrill Lynch began in July 1985, where various managerial roles were held until July 2007. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University, graduating in 1985.
