Duncan Burns is a seasoned professional in customer support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support EMEA at insightsoftware since November 2021. Following the acquisition of Magnitude by Insightsoftware, Duncan leads support teams across eight countries, catering to over 80 financial products. Prior to this role, Duncan held various positions at Magnitude Software, Inc. from April 2014 to October 2022, including Global Director and Senior Manager of Customer Support, where the focus was on delivering exceptional support for all product brands.
