Graeme Spinks is a global finance transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in senior management roles in both industry and professional services. Currently serving as Professional Services Director at insightsoftware, they focus on delivering EPM software solutions and championing best practices in financial planning and analytics. Previously, Graeme held various positions, including Senior Manager at EY and Head of Retail Banking Financial Modelling & Analytics at NatWest Group, where they led teams in financial modeling and decision support initiatives. Graeme holds a first-class honors degree in Accounting and Finance from Edinburgh Napier University and is a fellowship member of ACCA. Outside of work, they enjoy sports and spending time with friends, family, and their dog.
