Jonathan Joyner

Jonathan Joyner has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as Manager of IT Core Services & M&A at insightsoftware since March 2020, following roles as System Engineer and Sr. IT Support Specialist. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Carolinas IT as an Associate System Engineer and Technical Support Specialist from August 2016 to March 2020, and also gained hands-on experience at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Early career included positions at Heros Sport & Oyster Bar and Joyner & Joyner Farms, demonstrating a diverse skill set from customer service to agricultural technology. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Mount Olive, along with various IT certifications in security and computer technology.
