Nitin Raj is an experienced professional with a background in banking, marketing, and client success. Nitin's career began with internships in marketing at Union Bank of India and Outlook Publishing, followed by roles in customer service at FIS and as a Talent Acquisition Intern at The 500 MBA Club. Nitin served as a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank, managing high net worth portfolios and assisting customers with financial transactions. Currently, Nitin is an Analyst at insightsoftware, after a role as an Associate in Customer Success at ZapScale, where a significant customer retention rate and product adoption were achieved.
