Julie Bernard

Julie Bernard is the Directrice Ressources Humaines at Insign, a creative partners agency, where they focus on both internal and external human resources strategies. Since 2018, they have been responsible for developing and deploying the HR strategy, managing personnel administration, and leading recruitment and salary policies. Prior to this role, Julie served as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Insign from 2007 to 2017 and held positions in communication and publicity at Groupe 361° and COMMUNIQUEZ events. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université professionnelle René Cassin and has a background in law with a DEUG from Université Jean Moulin.
