Rodney Moore

Before joining Insigniam, Rodney Moore was a talent acquisition specialist, where he worked with veterans in obtaining employment in the tech industry. Rodney is accountable for InsigniamEdge, the online platform with key elements of the proprietary methodology.

Rodney was a staff non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine where he served as a small infantry unit leader. He instructed, led and trained members in military tactics and strategies. Rodney also has over ten years of experience as a career planner, where he guided and led Marines in the career development life cycle. After retiring from the Marines, Rodney became a Marine Corps Readiness Officer where he provided support to family members and military members in organized training opportunities, social and community outreach events. Rodney was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps for over 20 years.

Rodney also works with the customer relationship management team as a project coordinator. He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, project manager, and technical manager. Rodney is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity from the American Military University.
