Michael Allain has a diverse work experience. Michael started their career as an Intern at the Rhode Island National Association of Social Workers in 2007. Michael then worked as a Legal Intern at the Law Office of Michael A in 2008. In 2010, they were a Law Clerk at Jaffe Law Center, where they drafted legal memoranda and briefs and conducted legal research. Michael then interned at the DeKalb County Solicitor-General's Office in 2011, where they argued motions and trials and prepared discovery. Later that year, they worked as a General Litigation Intern at the Georgia Attorney General's Office, where they drafted briefs and motions and performed legal research. In 2012, they joined the Internal Revenue Service as an Intern, where they presented cases to the Tax Court and drafted legal documents. In the same year, they became an Attorney at Robert J. Semrad & Associates, LLC, managing an office and advising clients on debt management. Lastly, in 2017, they joined Insiten as a Software Engineer, where they worked closely with clients to improve and automate business processes. Additionally, in 2017, they pursued the Full Stack Web Development Career Path at Thinkful, gaining expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, and MongoDB.
Michael Allain attended Providence College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Emory University School of Law from 2009 to 2012, completing their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
