Raymond Howanski

Raymond Howanski is an expert in drug discovery informatics with 15 years of experience in high-throughput screening, assay development, automation, and data science. Currently, as a Senior LIMS System Analyst at Insitro, they enhance drug discovery software to support various programs. Previously, they held positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Immunome, where they led teams in the development of automated assays and co-discovered an antibody cocktail for SARS-CoV-2 that achieved IND approval. Raymond's earlier roles included managing cell culture teams and establishing quality management systems in collaboration with major pharmaceutical companies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and are pursuing a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences.
