Chip LeBlanc has over 20 years of experience in business development. In 1998, they began their career as the Vice President of Business Development at Jacada. Chip then moved on to work at various software companies as the Vice President and Director of Business Development from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they were appointed Vice President of Alliances at FAST, a subsidiary of Microsoft. From 2007 to 2013, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Imprivata. In 2013, they became the Senior Director of Business Development at Axeda Corporation, which was later acquired by PTC. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President of Business Development IoT at ThingWorx, a PTC business. In 2016, they moved to Bay Dynamics as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2020, they joined Momenta as a Strategy Partner. Finally, in 2022, they became the Director of Strategic Partner Development at InSkill.

Chip LeBlanc attended Boston College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
