Dale Calder is the CEO of RevTwo, a company that provides software support tools for tech companies. Dale was previously the Managing Partner and Founder of Hot Marlin, LLC, and before that, the Founder and CEO of Axeda Corporation.

Dale Calder has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. Dale started their career at Axeda Corporation, where they were responsible for closing over 200 major OEM customers and overseeing the operation of a cloud infrastructure that handled over 300 million devices transactions a day. Under their leadership, Axeda was recognized as a Gartner Cool Company and a Boston Business Journal Pacesetter.

In 2011, Dale Calder founded Hot Marlin, LLC, an investment firm that specializes in disruptive software companies. Some of their portfolio companies include SupplyCopia and Synchrotab. In 2015, they sold Hot Marlin to RevTwo in order to focus on their role as CEO of RevTwo.

Dale Calder graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering. Dale then attended Duke University for their Electrical Engineering degree.
