Katherine King

Katherine King, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katherine started their career at Ono Pharma USA in 2007, where they held various roles including Assistant, Human Resources & General Affairs, Associate, Human Resources & General Affairs, and Senior Associate, Human Resources. During their time at Ono Pharma USA, Katherine was involved in tasks such as developing and revising corporate policies, supporting recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees. In 2015, they transitioned to Insmed Incorporated, where they initially served as an HR Generalist on a contract basis. Katherine then progressed to the role of Senior Human Resources Associate, Manager, Human Resources, and currently holds the position of Associate Director, HR Operations & Systems. Throughout their career, Katherine has demonstrated expertise in areas such as HR operations, systems implementation, training and development, benefits administration, and policy development.

Katherine King, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College, attending from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Katherine King has obtained the certification of SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2015.
