Michael Stauffer

Michael Stauffer has been working in various roles and companies throughout their career. Most recently, they were the Director of Key Accounts at Insmed Incorporated starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Government Accounts at Pear Therapeutics from 2021 to 2023.

From 2021 to 2021, they served as the Head of Sales & Policy, Government at LifeScan. In this role, they led the government sales and policy team, introduced new products to the market, and developed product positioning and messaging strategies.

From 2006 to 2021, Michael worked at LifeScan & Animas Diabetes Care as the Director of Strategic Market. Michael oversaw commercial and government sales, achieved sales growth, secured contracts, and formulated value-added programs.

Before that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group from 2001 to 2006 in various roles including Sales Director, where they successfully launched and developed the Medicare Advantage product in a new market.

Michael's early career includes a role as Operations Manager at Deseret Mutual from 1991 to 2001. In this role, they were responsible for leading teams, analyzing data, managing claims, and implementing training and quality improvement programs.

Michael Stauffer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Westminster University. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Utah, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
