Mike Fraser

Mike Fraser currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Head of Gene Therapy at Insmed Incorporated, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mike Fraser was the General Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Novartis Gene Therapies from September 2020 to June 2023, and held similar responsibilities at AveXis, Inc. from December 2019 to September 2020.
