Weiqing Chen

Weiqing Chen is currently the Associate Director in Clinical Development at Insmed, where they focus on advancing drug discovery and development. Previously, Chen served as Senior Director at ChemPartner, where they implemented in vitro screening assays and supervised DMPK operations for integrated drug discovery projects. They held key positions at various pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb and Epizyme, and contributed significantly to numerous preclinical IND enabling packages. Chen’s experience spans over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. They completed post-doctoral work at the University of Kansas prior to their professional career.
