Mark Ceely serves as the Director of Delivery at InSource, Inc. since April 2022, where significant growth was achieved in SecOps and IRM product practices. As a member of the Forbes Business Council from January 2021, Mark contributed to industry discussions and initiatives. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of BECK Strategies Inc., Mark led the company to $5M+ ARR and Elite Partner status with ServiceNow before its acquisition by InSource. Mark's earlier experience includes a role as Principal of Enterprise Applications at Infosys, managing a $50M+ P&L portfolio and driving substantial ServiceNow transformations. Mark's consultancy experience spans over 15 years, advising on ITSM and modernization initiatives for major corporations. Mark holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in Accounting from St. Petersburg College.
