Mark Lafond

Mark Lafond has extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as President of InSource, Inc. since January 2000. Under Mark's leadership, InSource has established itself as the leading ServiceNow professional services firm and re-seller, dedicated to enhancing organizational IT strategies and driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. Prior to this role, Mark held account executive positions at DecisionOne and ProNet Telecommunications, as well as a financial accountant role at Unisys, and began their career as a staff accountant at Laventhol & Horwath. Mark Lafond holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Marketing from La Salle University, obtained in 1988.
