Michelle Alexander

Michelle Alexander has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Sr. Architect and BPC at InSource, Inc since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a ServiceNow Consultant and Manager at RSM US LLP from June 2021 to September 2022 and as a ServiceNow Consultant at Rego Consulting from September 2017 to May 2021. Michelle's early career includes a Director position in IT PMO at AAA Club Alliance and various managerial roles in business intelligence and project management from January 2012 to September 2017. Additionally, Michelle held multiple positions at AAA Miami Valley from April 1996 to December 2011, focusing on business applications, travel operations, and training. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Northwestern Ohio.
