Vincent So

Vincent So has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vincent is the founder and managing partner of Inspect Element, a venture builder based in Hong Kong. In this role, they focus on nurturing and scaling startups through product development and exponential business growth. Vincent is also the co-founder and partner of Inspect Talent, a people consultancy venture that specializes in HRBP services and recruitment support to help startups correlate their HR components into business growth.

Prior to their current ventures, Vincent worked as a venture fellow at Insignia Ventures Academy. Vincent also served as a product and growth manager at Klook, where they were responsible for leading a team of product managers and engineers on product growth experiments, analytics, and internal marketing.

Vincent's previous experience includes roles at GOGOVAN as a product manager and growth marketing manager, OneSky Inc. Limited as a growth marketing manager, Appsy Green Limited, and FineLens Club, where they were the founder and strategy director.

Vincent began their career as an intern in the APAC Strategy Team at Lenovo, where they were involved in launching new business areas in the Asia Pacific region. Vincent also worked as a teaching assistant at HKUST.
