Head of Customer Success at Inspectify

Leah Schmidt has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Customer Success at Inspectify. Prior to this, they were an English Language Fellow at Georgetown University in 2020. From 2018-2020, they held multiple roles at Loftium, including Field Operations, Sales Development Representative, and Unit Verification and Acquisition Specialist. In 2018, they were an Expedition Sales Coordinator at Apex Expeditions. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. (Hons) in Arabic and Middle East Studies from the University of St Andrews in 2009. Leah graduated from Orcas Island High School in 2005.
