Morganne Hall has held various roles in the past four years. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Inspectify, where they manage, coaches, and mentors a team of Customer Success Associates, develops and innovates processes to streamline workflows, and assists clients and prospects via inbound phone calls, SMS, and email. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Town & Country Markets as a Person in Charge and Social Media Ambassador. As a Person in Charge, they were responsible for supervising store operations and ensuring staff consistently executed company policies/procedures and achieved company standards. As a Social Media Ambassador, they developed, implemented, and managed social media strategy, stayed up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and wrote copy to use in posts and bios. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Moscow Affordable Housing Trust as a Communication Intern, where they wrote and published an article in a local magazine that generated interest in the class the organization provided to homebuyers, spearheaded a social media marketing campaign that generated 3 times the charitable donations for the organization than they received in the previous year, and worked to create a cohesive brand identity on the organization social media page.

Morganne Hall completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Idaho in 2018. In addition, they obtained a certification in High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, Negotiation from Coursera in January 2022.
