Arthur Jensen

Art Jensen graduated from the University of Rochester in 1980 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He started his career with Chevron at the Perth Amboy, NJ Refinery, and has served in various roles with Sunoco, Delaware City Refining Company, and PBF Energy. Art's 40 years of refining experience has concentrated in the discipline of mechanical reliability, including: fixed equipment engineering and reliability, fixed equipment inspection, rotating machinery reliability, and predictive/preventive maintenance practices. Other areas of experience include refinery maintenance, turnaround planning and execution, refinery operations, personal safety, and process safety. Particular areas of expertise include: PSM mechanical integrity, management of change, incident investigations (with training and practice in multiple investigation and root cause analysis methodologies), and work process improvements (quality improvement methodology).
