John Redmond

John Redmond has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John co-founded and served as the President of InspectIR Systems, a research and development company focused on non-invasive portable detection tools. Prior to this, they held a senior advisory role at Dell, where they were responsible for diversity talent strategy and program management for diversity conferences. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO and Chairman of DynOptix, a company involved in the development and commercialization of multispectral cameras. Before that, they founded and led The Protogenius Group as the CEO. John has also held positions at Pyramid Consulting, Pariveda Solutions, Accenture, Groupwerks LLC, and Siebel, where they were involved in strategic account management, recruiting, and leadership roles. John started their career as a contract recruiter at Tactica Technology Group.

John Redmond received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. John attended the university from 1988 to 1993.
