Inspective is an interactive application to assist tenants, landlords, property managers and Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) complete safe and compliant Housing Quality Standard (HQS) inspections. Users can complete and submit inspection data and photographs for review day or night through our interactive AI system monitored by our NAHRO and NSPIRE certified HQS inspection team. Inspective can be used for initial, annual and special inspections as well as any other housing inspection needed.

Our advanced AI system is designed to inspect units to ensure compliance with all Housing Choice Voucher Programs regulations under 24 CFR Part 982 and the HQS performance requirements and acceptability criteria or HUD approved variations in the acceptability criteria.
