Leigh Recrio

Leigh Recrio has extensive work experience in instructional design, training strategy, and learning experience management. They have held the position of Senior Manager - Instructional Design and Training Strategy at Inspectorio since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Learning Experience Manager at Cara Inc from November 2019 to June 2022. Leigh also served as a Digital Learning Manager at Cortex Interactive from January 2019 to November 2019 and as a Learning and Development Specialist at Results Laser Clinic from June 2018 to January 2019. They have additional experience as a Field Training Supervisor at Miele from February 2018 to July 2018. Prior to these roles, Leigh worked as the Head of People and Culture at ALT Limited from February 2013 to February 2018, as a Training and Education Associate at Toshiba Corporation from February 2011 to January 2013, and as a Training and Organisation Development Specialist at East West Banking Corporation from March 2010 to February 2011.

Leigh Recrio completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Mapúa University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Leigh completed another Bachelor's degree, this time in Industrial Engineering, also at Mapúa University.

In addition to their formal education, Leigh has obtained multiple certifications in various subjects.
