Ashley Howard, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, currently serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Lead and Clinical Pharmacist at Included Health since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at InnovAge from October 2019 to November 2021, focusing on comprehensive medication reviews for elderly patients with complex medical needs. From July 2008 to April 2019, Ashley was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included managing therapeutic medication for patients with Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease. Earlier experience includes serving as a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Resident and PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at William Beaumont Health System. Ashley earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in 2007.
