Bob Bellis

Bob Bellis is a seasoned sales and management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a District Manager at Insperity since July 2013, Bob leads a team of Business Performance Advisors and is deeply passionate about driving organizational growth. Previously, as Regional Vice President at Right Management, Bob successfully led a sales organization to achieve $31M in revenue in 2012, exceeding sales targets. Bob's career includes significant achievements at AchieveGlobal, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Genesys Conferencing, where Bob consistently turned around under-performing teams and implemented strategies that significantly increased sales performance. Bob holds a Certified Business Performance Advisor designation from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
