Bob McIntyre

Bob McIntyre, SPHR, serves as the Director of Service Operations at Insperity since May 2011, overseeing client service in the North Central Region. Previously, Bob was the Manager of HR Services at Insperity, leading teams to enhance HR service delivery, which contributed to the Chicago office being recognized as the #1 Place to Work in Illinois in 2012. Bob has extensive experience in outsourcing human resources services as Vice President and Team Leader at Accesspoint HR and has held various leadership roles at Innovations in Management, ADP TotalSource, Foremost Insurance, and Cigna. Bob earned a BS in Communications from Western Michigan University and has demonstrated a consistent record of leadership and collaboration in HR management.
