Caleb Grant is a Senior Safety Consultant with over 30 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) across various industries, including solar energy, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Previously, they served as the Director of Risk & Safety at ADP from 2002 to 2021, where they led teams in developing safety programs and achieving regulatory compliance. Caleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Keene State College. They have authored two books on resilience and contribute to multiple volunteer organizations while being an active member of professional safety associations. Currently, Caleb is engaged in EHS consulting at Insperity.
