Carissa Mitchell

Carissa Mitchell, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Employee Support and HR Business Partner at Insperity, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Carissa spent over nine years at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in various positions, including Senior Organizational Development Specialist, Senior HR Partner, HR Generalist, HR Program Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern. Earlier experience includes working as a Member Service Representative at Summit Credit Union from February 2011 to July 2014. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in HR and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained in 2015, and has completed studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Education also includes a high school diploma from Madison East High School, earned in 2010.
