Celeste Cook

Celeste Cook is a seasoned performance specialist with extensive experience in talent development and training across various industries. Currently, Celeste serves as a Performance Specialist at Insperity since October 2022. Prior to this role, Celeste held the position of Global Talent Development Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories, and Learning and Performance Manager at In-Shape Health Clubs, where notable achievements included the development of a Performance Management program and an internal coaching initiative. Previous roles also include Training and Development Manager at Related Companies, Senior Training Specialist at Longs Drug Stores, and various director-level positions at Papyrus and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, where significant operational and strategic improvements were made.
