David Grossman

David Grossman has over 25 years of experience in organizational development and performance management, currently serving as a Performance Specialist and Leadership Consultant at Insperity since 2006, overseeing performance for over 100 small business clients. Prior roles include Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Zurich North America, where initiatives for performance improvement and corporate culture enhancement were developed for national business units. At GE Capital, David served as a Learning Leader focused on performance strategies for 500 employees, while at Turner Broadcasting System, responsibilities included consulting on performance management and training under senior leadership. Early experience at Fiserv included designing and delivering technical training for financial institutions. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stanford University and a Master of Arts in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University.
