Donna Snyder

Donna Snyder is a Certified Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, a position held since 2001, where expertise in enhancing business performance is applied. Additionally, since January 2010, Donna serves as a Board Member for the Board of Pension and Health Benefits for The United Methodist Church Baltimore-Washington Conference, providing leadership and governance for the administration of retirement and health benefit plans for 29,000 active and retired clergy and their families. Previous experience includes an executive role in HR Systems and Strategies at Marriott International from 1988 to 2000, focusing on HR business process redesign, and as a Consultant at Hay Group from 1984 to 1988, delivering comprehensive HR services to align client strategies with employee performance.
