Emily Otteman

Emily Otteman, MPA, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and client management, currently serving as Manager of HR Services at Insperity since August 2014. Emily's role includes strategically guiding over 50 clients in developing HR strategies and overseeing client service plans. Prior positions at Insperity also encompassed client experience management and client liaison roles. Earlier experience includes office management and insurance billing at The Institute of Physical Art Manhattan, where responsibilities included patient insurance matters and compliance, as well as staff scheduling and patient benefit management at Vein Clinics of America. Emily's marketing expertise was demonstrated at Morrison Eyecare with substantial revenue growth through strategic initiatives. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Purdue University and a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
