Lesa Young

Lesa Young is an experienced Customer Director at Insperity, with a demonstrated history in the human resources industry. From 2000 to 2004, Lesa worked as a Payroll Specialist, later advancing to Supervisor of Payroll Implementation until 2008. At Insperity, Lesa has held several key positions, including Manager of Customer Relationship and Manager of Client Administration, before becoming the Director, where they lead a high-performing team focused on enhancing the client experience through project management and process improvements. Lesa holds an MBA with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University and is a WSET Level 3 candidate.
