Marla Markoff

Marla Markoff is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in training, development, and performance management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Services at Insperity since June 2013, Marla leads a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service in HR projects across the DC/VA/MD/PA marketplace. Previous roles include Performance Specialist at Insperity, where Marla enhanced leadership and employee skills, and Talent Management Specialist at CPA Global, where strategic direction for learning solutions was provided. As Senior Manager of Training & Development at the American Diabetes Association, Marla managed nationwide training initiatives and created programs to address learning gaps.
