Matt Smith

Matt Smith, MBA, CBPA, is an experienced professional in business performance and human resources, currently serving as a Certified Business Performance Advisor at Insperity since February 2013. Prior to this role, Matt was the Human Resources Director at Legend Bank, where significant departmental strategies were implemented for a company of 150 employees. As the Director of Human Resource Services at JPI Companies, Matt developed a performance scorecard and streamlined on-boarding processes for acquired employees. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at OmniAmerican Bank, where training programs and a comprehensive compensation plan were developed. Matt holds an MBA from Texas Christian University, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA in Psychology from Samford University.
