Michael Derouen

Michael DeRouen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and project management, particularly within CRM and ERP systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Insperity, Michael oversees the NetSuite footprint for a $3 billion organization, leading expansion and optimization initiatives while managing project plans, client engagement, and requirements analysis. Previous roles include Project Manager at NetSuite and IQNavigator, where responsibility encompassed implementation, client engagement, and resource management. With a strong background in business analysis, system configuration, and testing across various multinational projects, Michael has also held senior positions in other companies, including Xpediant Solutions and Job Software. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Houston.
