Michael Schmitt

Michael Schmitt is an accomplished professional with a strong background in software implementation and client services. Currently serving as Supervisor for Professional Services at Insperity since December 2018, Michael leads a team of Software Analysts, focuses on client satisfaction, resolves escalations, and drives process enhancements. Michael's career began with various roles at Insperity, including Software Implementation Analyst and Associate Software Implementation Analyst, where responsibilities included managing implementation projects and consulting on best practices. Prior experience includes a Marketing Coordinator position at Rydin, where Michael developed digital content and promotional materials, as well as a Student Lab Manager role at UW-Whitewater ICIT. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
