Michele Mitchell is an experienced Payroll Manager with a comprehensive background in payroll operations and benefits administration. Currently employed at Insperity since November 2015, Michele oversees payroll for 3,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada, managing significant labor agreements and collaborating closely with payroll accounting to ensure accurate P&L reporting. Prior to Insperity, Michele held the same position at BlueLinx Corporation for a decade, where achievements included developing strategic alliances with payroll service providers and implementing stringent management processes. Earlier roles included managing payroll and benefits at Grand Star and serving as a Sr. Payroll Accountant at Cypress Communications, where Michele contributed to significant cost savings and the creation of effective payroll policies.
