Rijel Crow

Rijel Crow has extensive experience in creative design and instructional development, currently serving as Supervisor and Team Lead in Creative Design at Insperity since July 2012. Previous roles include Media Director at Kingsland Baptist Church, where Rijel coordinated major productions, and various positions at Administaff, enhancing training processes as a Sales Performance Specialist. Early career highlights include Front of House Engineer roles at Second Baptist Church and Gandview Fellowship, along with ownership of Crow Services, where Rijel managed a small team and oversaw construction projects. Rijel also has a background in establishing operations at Fuel Cyber Cafe, focused on talent booking and staff training. Educationally, Rijel attended ITT Technical Institute and Texas Bible Institute.
