Steve Lukes

Steve Lukes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business performance advisory and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity since April 2022, Steve also holds the position of M&A Advisor at BizEx Business Brokers / M&A Advisors since 2018, specializing in buyside and sell side advisory services. As a Partner at Sekul Ventures LLC since 2013, Steve focuses on distressed value-based investing. Previous roles include Vice President of Institutional Sales at Backstop Solutions Group from 2015 to 2017, Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Orc Group (now part of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions) from 2006 to 2014, and Sales Director at FIS from 1999 to 2006. Steve began a career in sales as a Sales Consultant at Tick Data from 1995 to 1999. Steve holds a BBA in Finance and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business and has additional education from UCLA.
