Steve Richard is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a MidMarket Account Executive at Insperity since 2011, Steve specializes in consulting, analysis, and the development of strategic HR solutions. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Manager of Client Onboarding at Insperity, overseeing a team that provided HR implementation services. Steve's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Consulting Services at Right Management, where the focus was on aligning talent strategy with business strategy, as well as HR Manager roles at Alliance Data and Verizon, where responsibilities included organizational design, employee relations, and staffing strategies.
