Taylor Johnson

Taylor Johnson, SHRM-CP, MS-HRM, has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Insperity since February 2019, where Taylor helps small to medium-sized businesses improve efficiencies and reduce risks in human capital management. Prior to this role, Taylor worked at Union Pacific Railroad as a Marketing & Sales Consultant and a Marketing and Sales Intern, managing over 50 accounts and identifying significant business opportunities. Additional experience includes supporting educational initiatives at Fallbrook Community Development Center, assisting with client relations at I.N.F Solutions Financial Consulting Firm, and conducting legal research as a summer intern at Alvin E Nunnery Attorney at Law. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Houston Christian University.
