Tyler Thomas

Tyler Thomas, PHRca, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across various industries. Tyler is currently a Human Resources Consultant at Insperity, a position held since January 2022, having previously served as a Senior Human Resource Specialist. Prior roles include Compliance Coordinator and Employee Relations Representative at Landry's, People Resources Generalist at King's Seafood Company, and Human Resources Specialist at Specialty Restaurants Corporation. Tyler began the career in customer service at First Choice Window Cleaning and dedicated two years to volunteer missionary service with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Academically, Tyler is pursuing a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University, following a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Additional qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Human Resources Management.
