Inspire 2 Reach Higher (I2RH)

Education Leadership Company

Rethinking Education. Equipping Educators.

Inspire 2 Reach Higher (I2RH) partners with schools to reduce student disengagement and improve graduation outcomes by equipping educators with innovative frameworks that strengthen engagement, leadership, and school culture.

We believe every student deserves an educator who is equipped to help them succeed. As education continues to evolve, schools need more than one-day inspiration or another initiative—they need practical frameworks that create lasting impact.

Our work helps educators rethink how they engage students, develop leadership, build positive school cultures, and create environments where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.

Our signature frameworks include:

• Don't Let Your River Run Dry™ – The Educator Capacity Framework
• HYPED For Success™ – The Student Engagement Framework
• Every Student Is A STAR™ – The Student Potential Framework

We partner with school districts through keynote presentations, professional development, leadership workshops, educational consulting, and conference speaking, providing practical strategies educators can immediately implement.

Founded by Jason A. Dixon, Inspire 2 Reach Higher exists to strengthen the people who shape students every day—because when educators thrive, students succeed.

Rethinking Education. Equipping Educators. Inspiring Student Success.
