Will Thomas

Will Thomas serves as the Director of Restaurant Technology at Inspire Brands since November 2020, while also holding the position of Director of Information Technology at Jimmy John's since April 2004. In the current role, Will leads a team of over 30 individuals with six direct reports, overseeing all aspects of Jimmy John's digital presence, including customer-facing web and app technologies, as well as IT support services. Previously, Will was responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of the company's POS, Enterprise Reporting, and Online Ordering systems until transitioning to lead the IT team in 2012. Will's early career included a role as General Manager, where responsibilities included overall restaurant management, and earning the Norman Award, recognizing the top operator within Jimmy John's enterprises. Educational background includes studies at Parkland College (2001-2003) and Paris Cooperative High School (1994-1998).
